We entered the store and we were greeted in a friendly but not pushy manner. We were asked if we had any questions. We said we were going to look around and the store salesperson said: 'Let me know if you need my help' and let us alone. When we needed his help he gave us his full attention. We tried several beds and selected a higher end pillow top queen. The sales transaction was smooth without a hitch. We paid cash/credit card so there wasn't any financing to deal with. We got the bed delivered in a couple days and they took the old bed away. The whole process is how a customer should be treated.
