Extremely positive experience. Doug approached me less than 2 minutes when I entered the store; he took me over to 2 models that were in the category that I was interested in purchasing. Doug demonstrated excellent customer service and was most gracious in assisting me with my purchase.
I had spoken with Mike at the Santa Monica store who told me I would be able to find the mattress and box spring I was looking for at the Overland store because he did not have the inventory. How gracious of Mike!
I have always purchased my beds from Sit "n Sleep since 1970's!!
