Pretty okay, although I didn't shop around much except for looking online for what is best recommended for bad backs and what lasts the longest. We got a negotiated discount with some freebies thrown in, which was good, but price of beds was not cheap. I changed my order before delivery, which was easy enough, based on online reviews. But in order to get warranty, we had to spend extra on box spring and mattress covers. And when it was delivered, we discovered the box spring was the wrong size, which was a mistake of the salesman. Happy that the first delivery team took our old bed frame. I kinda feel that the mattress is firmer on the sides then in the middle, which seems less firm. Following all the warranty rules in case we need to return. I'm still waiting for the refund that is due us after changing our order from Kingsdown to King Koil. I give three-star based on my overall experience.
