Chad provides just the correct amount of attention. He was at the front door to welcome you and to answer any questions you may have. He seemed very knowledgeable about the products. He was not pushy to make a sale or try to sell you the add-on products (pillows, sheets). We will be seeing Chad for all of our future bedding needs.
