Tyson was very informative and friendly; no high pressure sales pitch; he seemed happy to help me find the perfect mattress for my mom based upon her interest. I accidentally ordered the wrong size box spring height (my fault) and Tyson & Sharon solved my problem in 2 minutes. They seemed eager to provide top notch service and didn’t make me feel stupid for my mistake. Delivery was on time; they provided a 30-minute window on delivery day which was convenient; set up and haul away of old mattress was efficient. I’ve never posted a review before. The entire team deserves a 10/10 for product quality, knowledge and great service! I’ll definitely shop there again.
