Upon delivery the bed was delivered on time and everything was fine until the end. When they tried to pair my phone with the bed for adjustments needed for our bed they left us to figure it out on our own. We have not been able to adjust our bed to the desired level. We have purchased 4 select number beds and this is the only time that our bed was delivered without being programmed to a remote control. We were told that our phones would work best for us.
