Kyle is very knowledgeable of the products available inside the store. He seems highly trained in customer service and wasn’t pushy and extremely patient. My wife and I brought our daughter who has scoliosis to buy her a new mattress. Mr. Nash made her feel very comfortable and answered all of the questions our family shot his way. Once that mattress was selected he helped my wife & I find our mattress. Kyle seems like a savant in the industry and we look forward to recommending Kyle and the GW store to our friends and family. Thank you for employing such caring, informative, attentive individuals!!
