We got an e-mail from Sears telling us the bed frame would be delivered a week after the bed. I am 83 years old and can not get in and out of a bed that is going to be too low for me. Miguel took a frame from the store room and set the bed up himself so I could have a place to sleep. Thank you Miguel from the bottom of my heart. You are the best salesperson ever.
