Initially a good mattress but starts sagging in less than a year. Hard to see the sag since it's a plush with the "plush top" and impossible to see when it's on one side of the mattress. Warranty states it has to be at least 1 1/2" deep & visible before they will replace it so I have to sleep on one side instead of the middle as I like to. Stuck with a crappy mattress & upset that it didn't even last a year.
Would not recommend this mattress or purchasing from Sears. Warranty customer service employee sounded like he was trying to be helpful but made it clear that they would not replace it. On a brighter note, they are more than happy to help when you are purchasing mattresses.
