The first mattress turned out to be horrible from day 1. Sears made me live with the terrible back pain from in for 90 days before they would allow me to switch it. I paid an extra $500 for the iComfort Prodogy Everfeel because it was supposed to be the best. It was fine for about a year and now its horrible. Sears made me buy the box spring and mattress pad to validate the warranty. After all that, there's nothing they can do for me because there's no visible sagging. I'll never buy a mattress from Sears again. Memo to Sears and Serta: You can only screw a customer over once.
