Matt was knowledgable and very personable. I initially was feeling very good about Matt and Metro Mattress. We were very congenial and having good friendly discussion during the checkout process. My wife and I had asked a hundred different ways about returns and Matt had and obviously rehearsed response that never gets to the truth of the matter. ALL SALES ARE FINAL EVEN IF YOU NEVER TAKE DELIVERY. They will screw you the second they run your card. DON'T walk but RUN away. I find it very funny how proud they are of the referral network and reviews they have. I will never ever refer this company. I will search every review site there is to give my feedback. It is now my mission to inform others of how they do business.
