Poor customer and sales service. No stocks in shop and only several displays for ordering. Their products are expensive comparing other brands of same products. The elderly sales said the new stocks of mattresses will come in this two days. Then I ordered 2 mattresses and paid last Thursday. I left my mobile number and he said he will phone me once the stocks arrived. However till now, noboby phone me and I phoned the shop noboby answered. Definitely seahorse has good reputation in HK, but not in canada. Not recomended.
