Store was awesome. Sale person did good job was knowledgable.. however all they wanted was a sale and told me item could be returned. Did not honor this statement and now I am stuck with a mattress that has caused me and my husband severe back, neck, shoulder hip and leg pains. Will never buy anything else from them.
Will never recommend them
Floor samples are the best but what you get does not even compare in quality and Schewels accepts this from their manfactures and defaults all quality issues to them as if it excuses them from making sure the customer needs are addressed and taken care of.
Hate this store and will never recommend or shop there again. Not even going to pay for the mattress will let my credit suffer versus giving them the balance on this bed. they can pick it up.
