My wife and I recently purchased an split adjustable bed package from Kenny (owner) and Save Big Mattress and can safely say it was one of the best buying experiences we have had in a long time and a fantastic product as well. Kenny was beyond knowledgeable, patient and no pressure. He took his time and answered all our questions. When it came to putting together a quote it was extremely fair. Then to add to an already great experience.....Due to COVID, and nothing that Kenny could control, the mattress set we selected was significantly delayed due to the manufacturer. After a certain time period Kenny PROACTIVELY took it upon himself to come back to us and offer an upgraded mattress set at the same price. I would recommend Kenny and Big Save Mattress to anyone (unless you want to go somewhere else, not have a great buying experience and spend a lot more $$$). John M.
