We will NEVER spend another penny in this store, the furniture does NOT hold up and the warrantees have allot of fine print so read it because most of it they aren't going to warrantee. DO NOT buy their pillows or mattress covers, you can get them WAY cheaper elsewhere and better quality and have more than 24 hours to return if you do not like them. I bought a very expensive couch which broke down and it's just my husband and I, they came out and took the couch and put more "padding" in it, the delivery guys were extremely rude and the couch was in worse condition when returned. And they lost the cords to the reclining seats and reading lights. The manufacturer then stopped making a part we needed. We got "credit" for our now broken useless couch and decided to buy a posturepedic mattress which was WAY WAY more than the couch, they upsold us on a mattress cover for $200 and it ended up being garbage quality. We called to see if we could return it (just the mattress cover) and they said no it was over 24 hours and they only guarantee new stuff for 24 hours. 😳 Seriously? That's how much faith they have in their own products 🙄 I've never known ANY store to have such a short return window. They said we could call customer service and try to get store credit, umm if the low quality mattress cover they sold us was $200 I can't imagine what any of the other ones are. I told my husband NOPE, we'll just use our mattress cover from our bed we replaced (which was WAY better) because Sam levitz will NEVER get another penny from us. They only give store credit because if they gave refunds they would be bankrupt! Store credit means they still keep your money and lose NOTHING! Well... They're losing customers!
