We were sold a mattress that was an older model that was supposedly sold as a new model. It was not, we checked with the manufacturer. Also the mattress we were sold we found for thousands less online. Tahnee is a smooth talker and will convince you of her reality. She acts like she knows the mattress business, it is all delusional spin. Trust nothing. When it's was too late and we figured out we were duped and tried to get our money back forget it, exchange only. Fine. If you buy a mattress of less expense you can kiss your money goodbye because they won't give you the difference eventhough they ripped us off on the first mattress. These people are thieves. They are dozens of reputable mattress stores in Scottsdale, these are not the folks you want to purchase from.
