Bought a table and a bison head/ mount for my husband. He told us he hated the idea of a deceased animal on the wall. We had paid for it but not picked it up. I called to cancel our purchase as it had never left the store and figured it should not be a problem-WRONG!! They told me it was an accessory and they would not give us a refund. It never came off their wall. Ridiculous. We have purchased many things from them - NEVER again. I guess I will have to pick up the bison and sell it privately, being sure to tell everyone what happened. A store owed and managed by crooks
