Don't put your items on lay-a-way, and expect money back if your situation changes. You are told you can get it back in 7-10 business days. ALL LIES!!!!!! They will lie to you about the Corporate phone number, which is 866-287-3203. They will give you a number just to make you happy, when you call it, it is a store in the Dallas area. The staff is nice to begin with, but the lies start when you walk in the door. I don't recommend this store at all, go somewhere else.

I don't work there but I am in the sales industry. It has been my experience that customers hear what they want to. At what point in your mind should a sale be final? One week? Two weeks? A month? A year? When?
