I am utterly disappointed by the mattress I chose 7 months ago (August 2014). It has been replaced two times with the exact same mattress, and this is because by law mattresses cannot be refunded, only replaced. Here's the kicker: I'm a graduate student with no income, living off of student loan money and they asked me to invest a minimum of $225 if I want to upgrade to a new mattress. My only option is to replace with the same defective mattress or invest $225 that I do not have for the next best mattress available. I advise college student to stay away from this business. It's a major scam.
