We bought a new mattress and platform. Beth was our salesperson, she was patient and very helpful. We purchased both and they were delivered per our request. The delivery gentlemen were Gary and Alex B. They were careful with the placement of the mattress and really cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed talking to them. We definitely will shop there again. Thank you
