You pay 20% more than retail at this store for anything.We purchased a fine statement piece for the foyer. They guaranteed that they had a new one in their phoenix store and would ship it. The following week we noticed the scratched up and dented floor model was no longer on the floor. I had marked it on the base with my initials with a pen. When delivered they did a bait and switch and sent us the floor model. Which we demanded they take back.
