Raymour and Flanigan offer a great warranty until you need to use it. After a little over three years, the mattress became unbearable, causing significant back pain. The store sent a rep out with a bar to measure a "dip." There is no visible dip, just a horrible aching back. They offered no solutions and told me I had "no options." I will never purchase a mattress from them again.
