After purchasing mattress and then coerced into buying a 10 yr platinum warranty, 16months ago at raymour &flanagan store in Waterford Ct, it is deteriorating and losing support. They refuse to honor the warranty. Shopping there not recommended.

The 10 year platinum protection is a service plan that keeps your mattress under warranty if a stain occurs. (A stain the size of a dime or larger voids your manufacturer warranty) A failure of the product (> 1.5 inch depression on a inner spring) would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty which ranges from 2-25 years, depending on the model and manufacturer. Raymour & Flanigan does honor and service their manufacturer warranty claims.
