I bought a Serta iComfort Hybrid and all 6 had to be returned for inconsistent comfort issues from mattress to mattress even though they were all the same model however, more importantly every Serta mattress had manufacture defects including plastic left in the pillow top! Even though R&F has a 45 night comfort guarantee they went way beyond that and replaced every mattress with my preference. I ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Premium Response series and I am very happy. The store manager Reg M. was awesome as was Sequina N. customer service manager. I would recommend this store and their products to anyone.
