I selected a mattress quickly; three times I said “ I need a box spring” . I was told the price and delivered a mattress …. No box spring. The delivery guys were great. They saw my bed and said “ you need a box spring” …it’s not on the ticket. They called the store , I asked to speak with the store rep and was told no… someone from the store will call you. No one ever called… a week later I called them. They want to charge me for the box spring that I was under the impression I already purchased… the salesman even looked on the computer to ensure they had the box spring in stock at the time of sale. I paid extra for the 120 day guarantee only to find out that I can only exchange for a more expensive bed… only I purchased the most expensive bed! When I became angry on the phone the manager hung up on me! They are the absolute worst! They do not care about their customers at all! Buy anywhere else! I wish I had read the low reviews before I purchased.
