Issue with mattress and the replacement mattress. Told them that I want a full refund, but first got the run-a-round (store said call service, called service, they said to call store) and then was told that I can’t get a refund, only replacement. I don’t want a replacement (want to buy from a different company), I want a refund!
After dealing with them, I will NEVER ever buy anything from them again!!
