Awful company.
Delivery was a mess. Drivers immediately tried to tell us they could not remove our current items, even though we scheduled removal (because they "didn't have space in the truck").
When we nicely insisted that removal is part of the agreement, they became rude and dismissive.
They then scratched our wood floors throwing items around. They did a shoddy job assembling the furniture - a large metal part fell off the underside of one item, nearly injuring one of our pets.
Most shockingly, they both continually removed their masks while working in our home.
Worst experience we've ever had purchasing furniture. Still mad that we allowed Raymour & Flanigan's nasty, rude, careless and obnoxious people into our house.
This company is so bad it almost seems intentional. Not sure how this works with their business model, because I can't imagine anyone wanting to work with them again. We certainly won't.
