Had a problem with a recliner we bought for my husband and there was a problem with the chair a spring had broken and when I called Marty he had it picked up the next day repaired and delivered again. Again we had another issue with the chair he notified the manufacturer and it was a problem with the mechanism of the chair. Marty went over and beyond and apologized for the issues with the chair and offered to come get it and told us to come and pick out another chair and he would take the loss on that one. My husband and I went back to pick out another chair and we then decided to get two matching chairs and asked Marty what would the difference be in the pricing of our chair. Marty gave us a cut on the two chairs for the price of the one that was defective. I must say we were very impressed with the service and also for the delivery guys. We will definitely go back there when we are in need of anymore furniture!
