Bought a mattress and was charged $75 for delivery service. Delivery service was very disappointing. The delivery people were rude after spending my money at a local business. One delivery person stated we would be charged another $75 if they had to come back. Glad I had not only an education but common sense. Will never ever go there, never recommend and will pass along my experience. Buyer Beware.

When did this happen? You would have been told upfront the charge for delivery. We didn’t deliver it and then charge you to do so, you would have had to say yes to deliver fee at time of purchase do you have the names of the delivery drivers? What did the drivers do that was rude?
Hello Anonymous. The charge was paid in full which was agreed upon payment in advance. However they had stipulations if they had to come back to deliver. Please check your delivery date and all of the circumstances should be notated. Will go to Mattress Firm from now on, even though they filed for bankruptcy with some of their store. Or anywhere but Peerless.
Ron we are sorry you feel that, but our delivery policy is pretty in line with our competition, any company that has to make multiple deliveries will charge you per delivery. Its not just us again sorry you feel this way.

The extra trip was the delivery service fault, not the customer. The mattress and delivery service was paid in full. Someone was there to receive the mattress. However, they were allegedly not comfortable with the area the customer lived in and they were just plain rude. Rudeness has no place when it comes to remarkable customer service. Just as money is green, people all bleed red blood. God is Love!!!
