My SENIOR DISABLED parents purchased 2 Catnapper chairs from Pease Furniture. They are guarenteed for lifetime. Spent 599 a piece for each chair. The repair man has been out once already...replaced foam in chair arm. It colapsed the moment Dad sat down in it. I have called, they re ordered and re ordered the foam for Mom's seat. You can feel the springs in the bottom of her chair. They 'SUPPOSEDLY" get it in, send guy out here and WRONG foam. So....now they are being HATEFUL on the phone and do not want to give me a date when the foam will be in. I have my parents here and all they do is sit in those CHAIRS which are very uncomfortable. The salesman at the store actually hung up on me when I called. Yes, I got a little loud but, good customer service brings more sales. They lost a sale since my sister knows so she went to Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. A 2000 dollar sale at that. We are so suprised. OH and another thing....THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY so they say.
