I was new to town, I asked around and found that PayLess had a good selection and wasn't outragously priced so I went in and the sales person made me feel comfortable and at home. He helped me determine what I needed and got it to my apartment the very same day. I have been back for many other items since and have that welcome feeling every time I'm there.
