The sales person was friendly, helpful, considerate. The information I received about the Aireloom Cardiff Queenbed mattress seemed thorough. Her advice on getting a bonky board instead of a box spring sounded like just what I needed to lower the height of my bed. Delivery was on time.

BUT, after a year and a half the mattress sags in the middle. The bonky board is made of light inadequate material (feels like cardboard and light foam) to support the heavy mattress.

The store takes no responsibility and refers to corporate. Corporate says the mattress doesn't qualify for replacement because my bed doesn't have a rigid center support to the floor. IT DOES! Inspection shows 3/4 inch sag when 1 1/2 inch sag is required for replacement.

Now I have trouble sleeping and have body pain in the morning. The comfort warranty lasts for 100 days.

So I'm left with a $4400.00 investment that is not working and causing great discomfort and frustration.
