I bought a medium firmness bed, Luxury Orthopedic, and loved it in the store. “test drive for at least a 1/2 hour. Bed I had delivered yesterday and tortuously tried to sleep on last night, was not that bed. Bed I got was like sleeping on the floor. So firm it literally hurt. Went back to store today and sales guy was SO not helpful. Won’t take returns. Said he’d have someone come look at it. What good will be that do? They even had a sign on the floor model selling it on sale. I offered to trade. Ron belligerently declined. Said it was a Sunday and nothing he could do. Unless the rep who comes to “inspect” it can magically fix it I don’t know what to do. $1000 on a bed I can’t sleep on?! Spend another $200 on a 4” foam topper? I’m so frustrated and angry I can’t even say.
