Your policy is a 45.00 delivery charge. I have no problem with that. At that point if the mattress does not fit the delivery people can take it back. However when you go back to the store to get another mattress to replace the one that did not work you have another delivery charge. Also, your sales associates were rude.

    Now delivery is $50. If the mattress doesn't work for you and you want to exchange it you have to pay 25% of the cost of the mattress and give them the old bed back. If you want to exchange the whole bed box spring and Mattress is 50% . So when are you trying to return a $900 bed and buy a $900 bed I had to pay $600 for the new bed on top of the first $900. I'm not going to buy another bed for $900 and pay them another $600 and give them the original bed back. I'll keep my bed and put in the guest room and I shopped at Mattress Firm got a better deal. Plus you could sleep on it 420 days and return it if it doesn't work.
    I will never ever walk into another Original Mattress Factory Store
