I purchased a two thousand dollar mattress. It was delivered and found out it was way too hard and could not sleep last night. I called to have a softer mattress in its place less than twenty four hours later, and found out it would cost twenty five percent more to exchange it. You can't judge a mattress by sitting on it at the store for five minutes. I will not be doing business with them again. Buyer's beware!
