I stopped in the Original Mattress Factory store in Garner a week ago and was really pleased with the service I received. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved that she did not “pressure” sale me. She talked to me about what to look for in a Mattress, broke down the showroom floor and left me and my husband alone to try out the beds! I loved that she did not stand over us, because that’s weird!!! We ended up buying a King Orthopedic Pillowtop from her and we couldn’t be more happy with our new bed.
