Ordered a king mattress and from the start it was awe full. When I called a month after purchase I received the run a round by the owner, Geoff. No option to exchange and I had to return to the store 4 time issues. Asked for a refund was told they “do not do refunds” then with Geoff I returned to store we went to different mattress’. Brandon had ordered the wrong mattress. Offered to order another mattress finally. I was done with Geoff and his attempt to make me happy. Cut ties moved mattress into another room. THE PROBLEM WAS THE TAG SAID KING WITH THE DIMENSIONS OF A CALIFORNIA KING. Buyer beware. I do not recommend their products nor the business and the people don’t care about taking care of their customers.....

    It sounds to me like the MANUFACTURE of the mattress mismarked the bed and that would not be the fault of the owner of the store nor any employee. It sounds like Geoff did try to make you happy and rectify the situation, but you chose to not accept. That should have no bearing on the quality of the product or expertise. You must have liked these things as you chose to purchase a mattress from them in the first place. Sometimes things happen that are out of certain peoples control, and it is unfortunate, but they happen. That is no reason to leave such a harsh review.
