Novosbed customer service staff really excelled in ensuring that I was totally satisfied with my shopping & delivery experience. They have a policy of offering a topper after 30 days of using the mattress ordered, so that if you'd like it softer or firmer, a topper is sent at no charge to adjust mattress for your comfort. I did request this, & was pleasantly surprised at how easy & quickly they made the process. I've highly recommended Novosbed to friends.
