No hard sell by sales person, he explained all the different mattresses, pros and cons, had me try the various examples, no pressure to buy. When I thought I wanted the soft Alexander, he "gently" suggested I get the medium, that my body would adapt, more people prefer the medium, and if i was unhappy with it I could exchange it for a soft mattress. I got the medium and have been completely satisfied with it, even with my shoulder issues (I'm a side sleeper). THANKS!
