The staff were incredibly personable and helpful and I liked that I didn't feel like they were trying to push anything on me. I was very anxious about mattress shopping having tried so many and I appreciated feeling like I could ask some questions and then go home and think a bit more before coming back to buy something. They also let me lie on the mattresses for a while without pressure which was great as it enabled me to figure out which firmness I wanted (something that I was very unsure about going in).
