Pros:

Then the frame was delivered with damaged they made sure another was sent right away

Cons:

It is not the store, it is that the frame was delivered damaged TWICE!

I found the mattress on the internet, along with a lot of others. I was more afraid of buying a mattress without trying it out than I was of having it delivered on a truck. Finding this store solved it.
