Had to drive a bit to go and view/lay on it. Highly recommend you do this because my wife and I totally went to look and buy a different model. But after Amber's help and laying on the various softness and models, we settled on this one only after Amber explained we could test it out for 30 days, and we didn't like it, we could exchange it for no cost! Amazing service!
