Customer service at this store is a joke. I was sold a bed and had to take it back three different times. Was delivered a "new" bed and within a week, the sag was already noticeable when the bed was made. They came and replaced it with another "new" mattress; however, when it was pulled out of the package, it was already stained and the threads were coming apart-AND THIS WAS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE "FACTORY" wrapping. When they replaced it with another "new" mattress, within a week, this was sagging and bunching well over the 1 and 1/2 inches that manufacturer says it will stay within. The owners son came back and looked at it and agreed that it was deficient, but when he went to talk to daddy, daddy said we were lying and nothing was wrong with the mattress. He said he would have the Serta rep contact me for resolution. Two weeks went by and no contact, so I went back to the store and was told to leave (as soon as I walked into the store-I didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone). I contacted Serta and they sounded all sincere and said they would send someone out to look at it. This was four months ago and after contacting Serta three more times, I finally resigned myself to the fact I got screwed. I bought what was supposed to be a top of the line Trump signature mattress for over $2K and it took less than two weeks before the hump in the middle got so large it was making me fall off the side of the bed. I finally went and bought a Tempur-Pedic so I could finally get some sleep.
Stay away from Serta products, but especially stay away from the owner and his lying off-spring-you're just another rip-off victim waiting to happen!
