In the past I've purchased beds from Nationally Known Mattress Stores. For my latest Bed purchase I chose to Shop Local to Support Locally Owned & Operated Businesses. In doing so I discovered NAPLES MATTRESS. My Sales Rep., (Patti), immediately greeted me. Patti was truly knowledgeable re. the complete product line. Patti was Polite, Courteous, Patient, and Friendly. She took the time to LISTEN and respond to all of my silly questions. I NEVER felt Pressured to make a Purchase. Nonetheless I did indeed purchase a wonderful adjustable bed. Patti even went the extra mile by making the necessarry calls to assure a "NEXT DAY DELIVERY". And sure enough my wonderful new bed was delivered the following morning. Ny the way I was also impressed by the The Delivery guys. They were: Polite, Patient, Clean Cut, and Friendly.
