I bought complete furniture for my den last year around Oct.2013. Paid thousands of dollars. Less than a month later I had to ask for replacements of one chair ( recliner ). It would not recline properly. It took OVER TWO MONTH'S to fix problem. So I decided to go yet again a spend over $ 2000.00 more towards a bedroom set. Only to find mattress lumpy. Both times I trusted this store to honor their product. Again I waited two month's but this time NOTHING !!!

Store Person Elisa informed me after an investigation they found nothing wrong with mattress. So I am the customer I wake up with back pain from this product AND because the manufacturer found no defect in mattress IM FORCED TO KEEP THIS JUNK..!! I pay my account on time and put a huge down payment on items. RUN TO ANOTHER FURNITURE STORE. Don't buy any warranty it is NOT honored by this store. I recommend you avoid my mistake...DRIVE PASS THIS PLACE SHOP ELSEWHERE....

    it was a EASTLAKE PLUSH EURO TOP QUEEN MATTRESS...
