We purchased an ErgoBed in March. It was delivered as promised but that is where it ended. We were promised by the slick salesman 2 pillows and a set of sheets. I sent several messages to the salesman but no reply. When Melanie sent a message asking how the bed was doing I told her about the items that were not delivered, this was the end of May. We received the pillows but not the sheet set. I have sent several messages to Melanie but nothing. For the amount of money we paid, $4000+ you would think they would have better customer service. But I guess you cannot rely on customer service anymore. I would have returned the bed but my dad accidently burned the boxes when cleaning up around a new home we are building. I would not recommend buying anything from the company because they do not deliver what they promise.
