After a horrible experience that came out of them not living up to their deal by not hauling off the old mattress and incidentally burning my neighbors buildings down but fortunately no one was hurt or no one lost their home but most importantly after sending correspondence to murmaid mattress about this incident they decided it was better to ignore me and forget that anything even happened. I mean you would think they would have told me I could be fined up to$25,000 by burning the mattress when they help put it on the burn pile. If it being stained prevented them from taking it I think they could devise a big plastic air tight packaging to prevent any cross contamination. I told the salesman how bad it was when we bought the new one he acted as if there would be no problem. Just extremely disappointed with the overall service mostly that I couldn't even get an apology
