BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!! We wanted to make our own judgement! BELIEVE THEM! While the store had a great selection, my frame broke after being sat on about 12 times. Clearly a manufacturer defect. They took my couch to repair, brought it back still broke. The repairman came out, and still insisted it wasn’t broke. I had to get a level to prove the wood was split. Was told 4 weeks to get part, was unable to use my couch for whole holiday season. 6 weeks later, not hearing anything, I had to call to find out what was going on. I requested a new couch as this was only 4 months old. Spoke with owner, he said would take 8 months to get new couch, he would personally make sure this was fixed right. They brought my sofa back, the frame is fixed but the fabric looks awful and like a toddler stapled it. Not like a new couch. I called and requested the new couch again, and was told they would reach out to their rep and see what could be done. I heard from them and got the same “the rep is looking into it, we just wanted to keep you updated”. And now haven’T heard anything for almost 2 months. Horrible customer service!! The consumer shouldn’t have to keep reaching out, the company should be trying to make things right!
