On 2/11/19, my husband and I went to two of your retail stores here in AZ. One in Gilbert and the other was Tempe 1270 W Elliot Rd., Tempe, AZ 85284. The search for the right bed took us almost all day going to the 2 stores and American Factory Warehouse in Gilbert, AZ. These stores were not next door to each other, we had quite a drive. Finally, my husband decided on a floor model of TEMPUR-Flex Supreme Breeze, Split King Size with the matching base, TEMPUR-Ergo Extend. It was discounted due to “a floor model”. The top layer of both beds was dirty, and we were promised it would be somewhat cleaned. Delivery will include a brand new remote for the bed, as the remote that came with was either not working or missing. Not sure what was the real story. But NEW REMOTE WILL BE INCLUDED.

Delivered to my house on 2/15th, the mattress was not cleaned and NO REMOTE to operate the base. And to top it off, one of the delivery guys was downright RUDE. I think his name is either Edgar or Edwin. Not Chris, because he was apologetic for the mishap and the rudeness of the other guy. I was trying to explain that the mattress should be cleaned and a brand new remote to come with it. Also, during the conversation, he was leaning on the bed, so I asked if it was ok for the base to lean like it was as he was putting his weight on it, he rudely said after hitting the base, “this is JUST FOAM, you bought a floor model, no remote included, so are you accepting this or not? Because if you don’t, I will take this back. I have 12 stops to do and you are #3”. And started dragging the mattress out. I went downstairs to get my daughter because I wanted her to witness the rudeness of this guy. He wouldn’t give me a chance to get ahold of my salesman when I tried to call Nabeg, my salesman. He also said, “your salesman promised you a lot of things he couldn’t deliver!”

Later on that evening, we went to the store, talked to Nabeg and Tamara Kelsaw, Mgr. Told both of them the whole story as stated above. Tamara coldly told my husband and me, I
