We went in looking only for a mattress. I needed to find the right one for the back issues I have. Tempur-Pedic choice luxe was the absolute best at the time. I don’t even want to exchange my bed now but the air chambers don’t hold air and my back is killing me once again. Tempur-Pedic is only offering me their low end as a replacement. Telling me I would have to pay more than 1100 out of pocket now. The medium adapt and medium hybrid adapt aren’t even firm mattresses which is what the level of Comfort the choice luxe did provide me. Very disappointed in Tempur-Pedic. Their customer service personnel are not very customer service oriented and told me pretty much too bad. When I asked to speak to manager I was told their wasn’t one. Their warranty clearly states comparable product not what they offer in the end. Mor furniture is a great place to shop just avoid Tempur-Pedic!!!
